Widget setup:
To add a ad manager widget to the sidebar:
Admin Control Panel -> Appearance -> Widgets
Add widget
Select Ad manager and Add widget
Enter the following:
Widget key = ad_manager
Title = {leave blank}
Display in positions = Forum list: Sidebar
User group permissions:
View = show ads to this user group

Features:
- Ads are displayed in forum list, forum view and thread view.
- Ads are displayed top and bottom.
- Options page allows disabling ads from specified forums and or threads.
- User Group Permissions determine which user groups are shown ads.
- Download Andy-AdManager-1.2.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/AdManager directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
- Log into your Google AdSense account.
- Click My Ads.
- Click Ad units.
- Click New ad unit.
- Click Text and display ads.
- Name = Responsive
- Ad size = Responsive
- Ad type = Text & display ads
- Save and get code.
