Installation:
Removes quick thread function.
Problems with the quick thread function:
- There's already a Post thread button, it's confusing to have redundant functions.
- Adds clutter to the forum view.
- Takes focus away from thread titles.

Installation:
- Download Andy-RemoveQuickThread-1.2.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/RemoveQuickThread directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
