Wondering if anyone has already created an addon which adds a "Can post polls" permission?
I'd like to restrict new members to my site from creating polls until they have established themselves by posting a bit and being a member for a while (will use usergroup promotions to automatically grant them poll posting rights).
If no addon already exists - I'll create one myself. Couldn't find one in my initial searches.
