News Crash Team Rumble's New Characters And Powers Are Not Tied To Battle Pass

Activision announced that will include battle passes, but confirmed that new heroes and their powers are earnable in-game. Specifically, players will only be able to unlock new characters and their abilities by completing challenges.

There are already two confirmed battle passes for Crash Team Rumble: Season 1 and Season 2. While their specific contents aren't yet revealed, we know they'll include skins, emotes, banners, and other cosmetics. As in other games, these battle passes will be comprised of 100 tiers of unlockable items.
