The Jaeger's Family Basement is located in the southeast corner of Anvil Square. In this area, you can find a building with an overhanging roof on its right side, with a set of stairs leading down to a door.
Head under this overhang and down the stairs to the left to enter the basement.
Head down the stairs and open the door. Inside is the Jaeger's Family Basement, decorated with a few nods to the anime. Once you enter the building the quest will be marked complete. There is typically one normal chest and one Scout Regiment Footlocker, which contains the ODM Gear from Attack On Titan. This location will likely be a hot spot to drop for a week or two as people finish the Eren Jaeger quests, but all you need to do is make it in the door to finish this one.
