HBO has ordered a new Game of Thrones prequel TV series. A new show called A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight, which is based on George R.R. Martin's Dunk and Egg book series, is officially on the way, WB Discovery announced during its "Max" event.
The series will adapt Martin's book series that follows Ser Duncan the Tall (Dunk) and a young Aegon V Targaryen (Egg). The books take place 90 years before the events of A Song of Ice and Fire.
