Just to clarify:
A suggestion would be to have built-in tools to help with proxy detection, and perhaps device fingerprinting of some kind. Basically anything that would replicate the functionality of some tools.
I am currently with free forum software. I am considering migrating to xenforo but am not yet a customer.
Is there a way to do this besides IP addresses? We have a member who's insistent on using proxies and vpns. Currently I use cookies and IP address.
