News Star Wars Movie Starring Rey Is Coming First Of 3 Recently Announced Films, Report Says

At Star Wars Celebration, Lucasfilm announced three more Star Wars films, but the film studio did not provide any details on when they will be released, or in what order. Those details remain a mystery, but a new story from sheds new light on the matter.

According to the report, Lucasfilm is "ideally" hoping to release the Rey-focused Star Wars movie first, followed by the film from Dave Filoni and then the one from James Mangold. The Rey movie brings back Daisy Ridley and is said to be the "farthest along." According to the report,, taking over for Damon Lindelof and Justin Britt-Gibson. Oscar-winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy is lined up to direct this movie.
