I am looking for an add on that will alert selected usergroups of Unanswered threads older than x days.
So the idea would be some way to alert staff members that there are still Unanswered threads older than x days. You would also need to be able to exclude threads posted by selected usergroups. So if the Admin or staff post a thread and it is Unanswered it would not alert the selected usergroup (staff) of that thread.
This would need to be more than the normal alert setup that just falls...
